Admittedly, the Petitioner has not given notice to the appropriate authority as provided under section 127 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966. In that view of the matter, learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition. Leave granted. Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is dismissed as such.
