Having heard learned counsel for the applicant on Review Petition, we are of the view that the order dated 28/07/2017 passed in Civil Application No.959 of 2014 in WP No. 1071 of 2018 is very clear. No clarification/modification is required. Review petition is therefore, dismissed. However, we keep the point open to be agitated by the writ petitioner in the main petition. Review petition stands disposed of.
