During the course of the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners has placed on record the photocopy of the judgment delivered in Regular Criminal Case No. 877 of 2019 decided on 02/05/2022 by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Solapur whereby the petitioners to the petition are acquitted for the offence punishable u/s. 498-A, 323, 504 r/w. 34 of IPC. A copy of the judgment is taken on record.

In view of above, the petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
