This is an application under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. The applicant herein is apprehending his arrest in Crime No.291 registered with Swargate Police Station, Pune for the offences punishable under Sections 384, 341, 506 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

On 27.10.2016, this Hon'ble Court (Coram: A.S.Gadkari, J.) after perusing the papers of investigation, had granted ad-interim relief in favour of the applicant. It is not the case of the prosecution that the applicant has not been co-operating with the investigating agency.

For the reasons stated in the order dated 27.10.2016, the order deserves to be confirmed in the interest of justice on the same terms and conditions.

O R D E R

(i) In the event of arrest of the applicant in CR No.291 of 2016 registered with Swargate Police Station, Pune, the applicant shall be released on bail on his furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one or more local sureties in the like amount. (ii) The applicant shall report to the Swargate Police Station, Pune, on first and third Sunday of each month till filing of the charge sheet. The application is allowed and disposed of.
