Heard, learned APP for the State and also the learned counsel for the respondent-original accused no.3 2.

This is an application for leave to file appeal, filed by the State challenging the judgment and order of the acquittal of the respondent/original accused no.3, passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Jaysingpur, reversing the conviction and allowing the appeal. The present respondentoriginal Accused No.3 and other co-accused were initially convicted for the offences punishable under sections 23 and 25 N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

18-als-187-2014 of the Pre-Conception and Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques (Prohibition of Sex Selection) Act for contravening provisions of section 6(c) of the said Act.

Another Criminal Application for leave bearing no.196/2014 was filed by the State and it was disposed of by this court vide order dated 16th June 2015 specifically mentioning that there is nothing to interfere with the judgment and order of the Appellate Court which allowed the appeal and acquitted the accused persons of the offence charged. 4.

In view of that earlier detailed order dated 16th June 2015 there is nothing to allow the present application for leave and hence there is nothing to re-agitate the matter as against the present respondent-original accused no.3. Consequently the present application is accordingly dismissed and disposed of.
