The learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, makes a statement that the petitioner has been acquitted by this Court by the order dated 18th July 2018 in Criminal Appeal No.636 of 2012. The copy of the order is placed on record. 2.
In view of the statement, the petition is rendered infructuous and the same is disposed of.

Since this Court had appointed Ms.Aditi Athawale as amicus curiae to assist the Court and represent the petitioners before N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2
3-wp-4108-2017 us, we quantify her fees as Rs.5,000/- and direct the High Court Legal Services Committee, Mumbai to pay the same to her with in a period of two weeks.
