The only prayer pressed by the learned counsel for the petitioners is for expeditious consideration of Change Report No.427/2013, Change Report No.645/2020 and Change Report No.1328/2021. Our attention is invited to the order dated 5th July 2022 passed in Writ Petition No.986/2022 (The Solapur Social Association Vs. the Hon'ble Assistant Charity Commissioner).

Considering the fact that this Court had on an earlier occasion issued similar directions in Writ Petition No.986/2022, it is directed that the learned Assistant Charity Commissioner before whom Change Report No.427/2013, Change Report No.645/2020 and Change Report No.1328/2021 are pending shall take necessary steps to decide the same 1/2
