The above Civil Application has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 151 days in filing the above Civil Revision Application. The reasons therefor are mentioned in the Civil Application. The Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents Shri. Y. R. Mehta opposes the application, but ultimately leaves it to this Court. Hence accepting the reasons mentioned in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. Resultantly, the delay of 151 days in filing the above Civil Revision Application stands condoned. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the Applicant to pay costs of Rs.2000/- to the Respondents within four weeks from date. List the Civil Revision BGP.
