Learned Counsel for Appellant by way of praceipe submits before this Court that the Appellant was before this Court with a prayer of grant of Anticipatory Bail in connection with Crime No. 0347 of 2021 registered at Shirur Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 306, 326, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of IPC and Section 3(1)(4), 3(1) (s), 3(2) (va) 14 (a) of S.C. & S.T. (Prevention of Atrocities Act), 1989 and Sections 7(1)(d) of the Protection of Civil Rights Act, 1955. It is then submitted that vide order dated 22nd December, 2021 Umesh Malani

10.APEAL.1024.2021.doc notice was issued to the Respondents but, no interim order was passed in favour of Appellant. It is further submitted that during pendency of the Appeal the Appellant came to be arrested as such, the Appeal has been rendered infructuous. Therefore, learned Counsel for Appellant prayed for withdrawal of the Appeal. 2.
