1] Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that, Petition No.C-127 of 2011 has already been disposed off by the Family Court No.7, Mumbai at Bandra, by its Judgment and Order dated 5th April 2019. He further submitted that, in view thereof, the challenge to impugned Order herein, dated 22nd March 2017 passed in Interim Application No. B-53 of 2011 in Petition No.C-127 of 2011 does not survive. He tendered across the bar a photocopy of the said Judgment and Order dated 5th April 2019 passed in Petition No. C-127 of 2011. 2] In view thereof, the Petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off.
