On 20 January 2022, the following order was passed: "Learned AGP seeks time to take instructions as to whether order has been passed by the Respondent No. 1, and if not, in how much time the order will be passed. At his request, stand over to 3 February 2022.

2. The Petitioner will supply additional copy to the Office of the Government Pleader to enable the learned AGP to take instructions.

The learned AGP, on instructions from Mr.Prasad Shinde, Under Secretary, Higher and Technical Education Department who is present in the office of the Government Pleader, states that an order would be passed within a period of two weeks and communicated to the Petitioner.

In the light of the statement, which we accept, we do not intend to proceed further in the contempt jurisdiction. Contempt petition is accordingly disposed of.
