1) The learned APP, on instructions, submitted that in pursuance of the order dated 16.11.2015, the applicant has attended the Police Station and has joined the process of investigation. She further, on instructions, submitted that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary.

2) In view of the above, the interim relief granted by an order dated 16.11.2015 is hereby confirmed.
