The learned counsel for the applicant, upon instructions, submits that the applicant herein has been acquitted by the 65th Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Andheri. The learned APP submits that the applicant has been acquitted in Case No.759/PW/2016 by 64th M.M. Court, Mumbai vide judgment and order dated 15.1.2018. Hence, the prayers in the application have become infructuous. The application accordingly stands disposed of.
