P.C:- SMITA RAJNIKANT JOSHI Mr. Thorat, learned Sr. Counsel for the Petitioner submits that in the present Writ Petition, the Petitioner would restrict his Petition to the extent of seeking directions against the State Government for deciding the representation dated 31st January, 2018 addressed to the Hon' ble Revenue Minister, for return of the land.

The learned Sr. Counsel further submits that the writ land was acquired for Khar land development. The said project has been abandoned by the Government. The compensation is also not paid. In view of that, the land may be returned to the Petitioner. \ We have heard learned AGP.

As limited relief is sought during the course of the arguments, S.R.JOSHI

The representation filed by the Petitioner (page 90) may be decided by the appropriate authority on its merits and in accordance with law and policy if possible, preferably within one year. Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
