By this application, the applicant has sought condonation of delay in filing this civil application and has further prayed for restoration of Appeal from Order (St.) No.29812 of 2015, Civil Application (St.) No.29816 of 2015 and Civil Application (St.) No. 32910 of 2015.

Appeal from order alongwith civil applications therein came to be dismissed for non removal of office objections within the

Mr. Rohan Mirpury, learned counsel for the applicant makes a statement that the office objections shall be removed within a period of two weeks.

In view of the above statement and in view of the reasons stated in paragraph 6 of the application which in my considered view constitute sufficient ground, delay in filing the application is condoned. Appeal from Order (St.) No.29812 of 2015 as well as the Civil Application (St.) Nos.29816 and 32910 of 2015 are restored to file. Civil Application No.906 of 2017 is disposed of. (SMT.
