Mr. Sethna submitted that the petitioner has complied order dated 20.11.2015 and has handed over possession to the respondent on 05.12.2015. Mr. Apte confirms that respondent has received possession. 3.

After arguing the Petition for quite some time, Mr. Sethna, upon taking instructions from the petitioner, who is personally present in the Court, seeks permission to withdraw the Petition. 4.

On the motion made by Mr. Sethna, upon instructions, Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is dismissed as withdrawn. Order accordingly.
