By this Civil Application, applicant is seeking for fixing early date of hearing of Writ Petition No.10471 of 2011.

The learned Senior Counsel for the applicant submits that this court by order dated 22.4.2016 in Civil Application No.1001 of 2016 expedited the hearing of Writ Petition.

The learned Senior Counsel for the applicant submits that office note shows that papers of Writ Petition are under search. He submits that petitioner is ready and willing to reconstruct the Mohite 1/2

15 caw2735-16 papers and proceeding of Writ Petition No.10471 of 2011. Same is permitted.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Senior counsel for the Applicant and the earlier order dated 22.4.2016, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for following order:

a) Office is directed to place Writ Petition No.10471 of 2011 for final hearing in weekly board commencing from 7th August, 2017 as per order dated 22.4.2016 in Civil Application No.1001 of 2016.

b) Petitioner is permitted to reconstruct the papers and proceeding of Writ Petition No.10471 of 2011.

c) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
