Oral Order :- By this Petition the Petitioners challenge the order passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Islampur dated 1 August 2012 directing that certain documents be exhibited. 2.

In this Petition, by order dated 2 July 2013, notice was issued and the trial of the suit was stayed. The trial has therefore remained stayed for last three years. By order dated 28 July 2016 it was recorded that the Petition stands dismissed against Respondent Nos. 4 and 7. Four weeks' time was granted to the Petitioners to take steps, failing which the ad-interim relief would stand vacated.

9. WP 11682.12.doc The learned Counsel for the Petitioners seeks further time. It is clear that no steps have been taken and ad-interim relief has stood vacated.

Apart from this position, all that has been done by the impugned order is exhibiting certain documents which does not mean that they have been proved. The Petitioners can advance all submissions regarding the admissibility and validity of these documents. All contentions of the Petitioners are open in that regard. The Writ Petition is rejected.
