The learned AGP has placed on record a communication dated 18th May 1995 issued by the Forest Settlement Officer in which he has come to the conclusion that the status of the land bearing Survey No.82 continues as a reserved forest.

However, we find that this order was not brought to the notice of this Court when the present Petitioner filed a Writ Petition No.11460 of 2013 and even in this disposed of Writ Petition.

The learned AGP, therefore, seeks time to take out appropriate proceedings.

Hence, for the time being, we adjourn this Petition till 20th June 2017 which shall be listed under the caption of "Directions".
