Learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 7 submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner has undergone special training to work in the Commercial Division of the Railways and, accordingly, he is also posted from Constable/RPF to the post of Commercial Clerk in Commercial Department of Central Railway, Bhusawal Division in the same grade/capacity. In that view of the matter, nothing remains for consideration. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
