However, in view of the pleadings and on the statement of learned counsel for the Applicant that, the Applicant shall pay a cost of Rs.5000/- to the Advocates' Association of Western India Generation Next Fund, Mumbai, for restoration of petition, within a period of two weeks from the date of uploading of present Order.
