Remedy of the Petitioner is to apply before the learned Joint Charity Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune for vacating the adinterim order. Hence, no interference is required. The Writ Petition is rejected. The remedies of the Petitioner are kept open. All contentions on merits are kept open.
