Learned counsel for the Petitioner does not press this Petition and seeks leave to withdraw this Petition. He submits that the Petitioner will surrender before the learned Judge tomorrow i.e. 22.10.2016 at 11.00 a.m.

It appears that the learned Judge has cancelled the bail bond and surety of the Applicant and has forfeited the same to the State vide order dated 06.10.2016. If an Application for bail is filed by the Petitioner,

Accordingly, the Petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.

It is made clear, that this Petition has not been considered on merits. All contentions of the Applicant are kept open.
