In pursuance of Order dated 30th June 2022, learned A.P.P. has produced on record a photocopy of chart showing nominal roll of the Appellant. The said document is signed by Jailor Class-I, Yerwada Central Prison, Pune. It is stated in the document that, as the Appellant has undergone sentence imposed upon him, he has been released from jail on 29th September 2020.

Learned Advocate for Appellant submitted that, on various occasions he tried to contact his client, however he has not responded. He submitted that, the phone calls made to the Appellant are also not responded by him. Learned Advocate for Appellant further submitted that, for want of instructions, he is unable to proceed with the hearing of the present Appeal. 1/2

It appears that, as the Appellant has already undergone entire sentence awarded by the Trial Court, he is not interested in pursuing present Appeal.

Appeal is accordingly disposed off.
