By this civil application, the Applicant Insurance Company is seeking condonation of 73 days' delay in filing the First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 8th January, 2014 passed by the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Thane in MACP No. 526 of 2007. 3.

Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in civil application, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out a case for allowing this civil application. Hence, following order:

ORDER

(a) Civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which reads thus.

That this Hon'ble High Court be pleased to condone delay of

8- CAF 2493 of 2015 73 days thereby admitting the Appeal against the Award dated 8th January, 2014 passed by The Learned Member, Thane in the Claim Petition bearing No. 562 of 2007."
