We have perused the order dated 26 September 2019. Learned Counsel for the Respondent-Bank states that the Petitioner has neither paid the amount of Rs.5,00,000/-, which was to be paid by 27 September 2019, nor the amount of Rs.10,00,000/-, which was to be paid within one week from 26 September 2019. Learned Counsel for the Respondent-Bank further states that a letter was also written to the Petitioner on 3 October 2019 stating that despite the order passed in Writ Petition, the Petitioner has not deposited the amount as directed.

In the circumstances, we dismiss Petition. Needless to say that the ad-interim relief shall stand vacated.
