The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the present Petition as alternate remedy is available. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty to approach to the appropriate forum. It is needless to mention that if the Petitioner approaches within two weeks to the appropriate forum, the same will be considered keeping in mind the pendency of the writ petition in this Court.
