The Contempt Petition has been filed for alleged willful disobedience of order dated 6th May 2015.

This Court by order dated 6th May 2015 permitted respondent to execute leave and license agreement and directed the respondent to file true copy of the leave and license agreement in this Court.

According to the Petitioner, the said order has not been complied with. The record discloses that the copy of leave and license agreement executed by the respondent in favour of third party has been placed on record.

In that view of the matter, the case of willful disobedience of

The Contempt Petition is, therefore, disposed of. No costs. (AMIT BORKAR, J.)
