1] The Petitioner has also filed another suit for the very same reliefs which have been prayed in the present Petition. The said suit has been dismissed after hearing both the parties. 2] A party cannot be permitted to take recourse to two remedies simultaneously for the same grievance. Having elected to file a suit before the competent civil court, the Petitioner could not have filed the present Petition within a period of five days of filing of the suit. On this short ground, the Petition deserves to be dismissed and as such is dismissed.
