It is submitted that subsequent to the order passed by the Tribunal in Original Application No.150 of 2012 on 4th October, 2013 the Petitioner has filed a representation addressed to the Respondents for grant of interest on the delayed payment of dues in accordance with Government Resolution dated 22nd November, 1994. The said representation dated 18th September, 2014 addressed to the Commissioner of State Excise Department, Respondent No.3 according to the Petitioner is still pending. 2.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the Petitioner's representation, we direct Respondent No.3 to take appropriate decision on the representation Exhibit I, if not already taken, within four weeks from the date of the order and communicate the decision to the Petitioner. The Petition is disposed of.
