Heard Mr. Fatangare, the learned Counsel for the Applicant and Mr. Gavnekar, the learned Counsel for the Respondents. The extant application is taken out for recall of the order dated 29th October 2014. By the said order, criminal application No. 4408 of 2010 was allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 2.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the said criminal application, i.e., Crim. Application No. 4408 of 2010 was disposed of in the absence of the Applicant or his lawyer. He also submitted that said application was allowed for the reasons stated in the earlier order dated 5th October 2010.

We have gone through the reasons recorded in the patilsr 1 / 2
