Learned counsel for the applicants submits that this Civil Application is moved for restoration of the Appeal. He further submits that the Appeal was not registered for non removal of office objections. He further submits that the applicants are ready to remove the office objections within a period of two weeks. He prays that the conditional order dated 08.08.2017 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-II) be recalled.

Perused the Civil Application. The conditional order dated 08.08.2017 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-II) is hereby set aside. The Applicants shall remove the office objections within a period of two weeks from today. If the objections are not removed, then the Appeal shall be dismissed without reference to the Court. 4.
