The grievance of the Petitioner is that the proposal for his transfer from District Pune to District Beed has been sent by the Block Education Officer, Panchayat Samiti, Bhor on 15.11.2014 to Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Pune but till today the said proposal for the petitioner's transfer has not been decided by the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Pune. 3.

Without commenting upon the merits of the petitioner's entitlement, this petition is disposed of by directing the Chief
