They also filed affidavit of appellant dated 19.04.2018 and affidavit of Respondent dated 19.04.2018 and also filed Joint Purshis dated 19.04.2018. 901 fca282-14.doc Both the counsel submit that appellant as well as Respondent are present in court. They admit the contents of Consent Terms and Joint Pursis as well as affidavits. Same is recorded. Undertaking given by both the parties are accepted. Marriage solemnised between Appellant and Respondent on 22.09.2009 stands dissolved by mutual consent under section 28 of the Special Marriage Act, 1954 by decree of divorce. Family Court Appeal stands disposed of in terms of Consent Terms dated 19.04.2018.
Consent Terms be treated as part and parcel of decree. No order as to costs.
