The respondent No.2 is personally present in Court. He has been identified by the learned counsel appearing for the applicant. The Respondent no.1 submitted that he does not want to pursue the complaint bearing CC No.2408/SS/2013 pending before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 32nd Court at Bandra, Mumbai. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that the applicant has amicably settled the matter and compounded the offences involved in the said complaint. 49-appp-898-2015 No.1, the complaint bearing C.C.No.2408/SS/2013 pending on the file of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 32nd Court at Bandra, Mumbai is hereby quashed.
