Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, we deem it convenient to dispose of this petition by directing the respondent No.1/competent authority to decide the petitioner's representation dated 18th August, 2018, a copy of which is annexed at "Exhibit - AM", page 124, as expeditiously as possible, and in any case, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Ordered accordingly.

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter and all rights and contentions of the respective parties are kept expressly open.

In order to enable the respondent/competent authority to comply this order, the petitioner shall remain present before him on 29th April, 2019 at 11.00 a.m..
