The above Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to Respondent No. 3 to forthwith execute and implement the order dated 2nd February 2022, passed by the District Magistrate under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner stated that during the pendency of the aforesaid Petition, the order of the District Magistrate passed under Section 14 of the NOVEMBER 09, 2023 Yugandhara Patil

6-WP-13207-2023.doc SARFAESI Act, 2002 has been executed and possession of the secured asset ( which formed the subject matter of the Section 14 order) has been already handed over to the authorised officer of the Petitioner. She therefore submitted that nothing survives in the above Writ Petition and she be permitted to withdraw the same. 3.

In these circumstances, the above Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. 4.
