Upon urgent mentioning, taken on Production Board. 2.
Learned counsel for the applicants submits that this Appeal has already been admitted by order dated 05.03.2014. He further submits that due to enhancement of pecuniary jurisdiction, this Appeal is to be sent to the District Court, Sangli. He further submits that the Appeal was dismissed vide order dated 01.10.2013
passed by the Registrar (Judicial). Thereafter, by order dated 05.03.2014 passed by this Court, the Appeal was restored. Again, Appeal was dismissed for non compliance of conditional order dated 05.03.2014. Now, the applicants are ready to file private paper book and therefore, he prays that the order of dismissal be recalled and the Appeal be restored.

In view of the above submissions and as the Appeal is already admitted, this is last chance given to the applicants to file private paper book. The paper book shall be filed before the District Court, Sangli on or before 31.01.2018. Civil Application is allowed in term of prayer clause (a).

As per notification dated 31.08.2015 bearing No. CCS.2014/C.R.25/D19 issued by the Law and Judiciary Department, Government of Maharashtra under Maharashtra Civil Court (Amendment) Act, 2015, which has come into effect from 01.09.2015, the matter is transferred to District Court, Sangli. Registrar (Judicial) to take note of the same and do the needful by 24.11.2017. Interim orders, if any, to continue till then.

The appeal is disposed of as transferred.

If the paper book is not filed on or before 31.01.2018, Appeal shall be dismissed forthwith without referring to the District Court, Sangli.
