Learned Counsel state that both appellant and respondent have signed the consent terms and that their respective Advocates have also signed consent terms. Both the appellant and respondent are personally present in the Court. They accept the correctness of the contents of the consent terms.

Learned Counsel appearing for the parties states that appellant and respondent are now happily residing together. 5.

Hence, we pass following orders:

a) Family Court appeal is disposed of in terms of the consent terms.

b) The undertakings of the respondent in the consent terms are accepted.

c) A decree shall be drawn in terms of consent terms. d) Civil Application No.407 of 2014 does not survive and is disposed of.
