By this Writ Petition, the Petitioner inter alia challenges the Order dated 13.02.2023 passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal-I, Mumbai. The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the Petitioner fairly stated that the Petitioner has an alternate remedy of approaching Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal to challenge the said Order. She, therefore, sought leave to withdraw the above Writ Petition with liberty to avail of the alternate remedy.
