This is an application for renewal of passport. 2.

Similar application was made before this Court and it was allowed by order dated 25th April, 2012. In view of the order passed by this Court dated 25th April, 2012, we do not see any impediment in allowing the present application.

The application is accordingly allowed. No objection is granted for renewal of passport of the Applicant, on compliance of usual formalities for a period of three years.
