The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant Shri Samir Kumbhakoni after arguing for some time, on instructions of the Applicant, states that the Applicant would withdraw the above Civil Revision Application but he may be granted time of one year to vacate the suit premises. In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned counsel for the Applicant Shri Samir Kumbhakoni, the above Civil Revision Application is allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such. However, the Applicant is granted time up to 31/12/2017 to vacate the suit premises and hand over the possession of the suit premises to the Respondents-landlords. The same would be on the usual undertaking to be filed by the Applicant in this Court within two weeks from date. If the said undertaking is not filed by the Applicant, the lgc
