On the last date, the learned A.G.P was directed to take instructions as to when the Revision Application filed by the Petitioner before the Respondent No.1 - Divisional Joint Registrar Co-operative Societies, Mumbai, would be decided.

Today, the learned A.G.P., on instructions, makes a statement that the Respondent No.1 i.e. Divisional Joint Registrar Co-operative

2/3 Societies, Mumbai, will decide the Petitioner's Revision Application, within eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Statement accepted.

Considering the fact that the Revision Application is pending before the Respondent No.1, it would not be appropriate to entertain this Petition.

Since the Petitioner's Revision Application is pending before the Respondent No.1 - Divisional Joint Registrar Co-operative Societies, Mumbai, Respondent No.2 - Deputy Registrar, K-W Ward, Bandra (East), Mumbai, will not take steps to execute the order dated 19th January, 2018, till the disposal of the Revision Application. 5.

The parties to appear before the learned Divisional Joint Registrar Co-operative Societies, Mumbai, on 16th October, 2018, at 3.00 p.m. The Respondent No.1 to thereafter give dates convenient to him and dispose of the Revision Application, within eight weeks thereafter.

Petition is accordingly disposed of, on the aforesaid terms. 7.

It is made clear, that this petition has not been heard on merits. All contentions of both the parties are kept open. The interim protection granted by this Court, shall not be construed as an order in favour of the Petitioner.
