----- CORAM :
GIRISH S. KULKARNI, J.
DATE : 15th NOVEMBER 2017 P.C.:
Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2.
This Civil Application is filed for setting aside the order dated 30th June 2017 by which the Writ Petition No.8649 of 2014 came to be dismissed for non-prosecution. A perusal of the said order indicates that none had appeared on behalf of the respondents on 30th June 2017.
3.
I have perused the Civil Application as also the reasons set out to support the prayer seeking condonation of delay. I am of the opinion that in the interest of justice, the Civil Application is
905-caw 2620-17 required to be allowed. It is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).
4.
No costs.
