Heard learned Counsel for the applicant-Insurance Company and learned Counsel for respondent-original claimants. 2.
The applicant moved the present application for recalling the impugned order passed by the learned Registrar Judicial-II for dismissal of the appeal for non compliance of office objections notified by the Registry. The learned Counsel for the applicant undertakes to comply with the office objections within a period of two weeks.

In view of submission on the part of learned Counsel for the applicant, there is no impediment to recall the impugned order passed by the learned Registrar in the interest of justice. Hence, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). 4.
The impugned order passed by the learned Registrar Judicial-II for 1/2
(908) CAF 767-18.doc dismissal of the appeal for not removing the office objections stands recalled. The delay for filing the present application is hereby condoned. The Registry to take requisite steps for restoration of the proceeding of appeal filed on behalf of applicant-Insurance Company at its original stage subject to condition that after restoration of appeal, the appellantInsurance Company shall remove all the office objections within a stipulated period of two weeks, failure to which, the present order stands vacated automatically without further reference to this Court. 5.
