Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the respondent nos. 1 and 2 are not served till date and undertakes to effect service upon the respondent nos. 1 and 2 within one week from today. It is made clear that if the service is not effected upon respondent nos. 1 and 2 by private notice and if affidavit of service is not filed within one week from today, the writ petition to stand dismissed without further reference to court. If the service is effected, place the matter on board for admission on 26th February, 2018.
