By order dated 17/01/2022, the applicant was admitted to the interim protection and the said order was specifcally passed, on being informed that the applicant had already paid an amount of Rs.20,00,000/- and by way of interest, he had promised to pay Rs.20,00,000/- on or before 20/02/2022. 2.

The applicant has abided by the aforesaid statements made to the Court and the learned counsel for the intervenor does not dispute the said position.

In the wake of the settlement arrived at between the applicant and the complainant and since they had already tendered the consent terms on 11/01/2022, which are abided by, the interim protection in favour of the applicant deserves to be made absolute. No order as to costs.
