By this Writ Petition, the Petitioner inter alia challenges the Order dated 13.02.2023 passed by the learned Debts Recovery Tribunal-I, Mumbai. The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the Petitioner fairly stated that the Petitioner has an alternate remedy of approaching Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal to challenge the said OCTOBER 12, 2023 Husen

6 WP-12542 -2023.doc Order. She, therefore, sought leave to withdraw the above Writ Petition with liberty to avail of the alternate remedy. 2.

In these circumstances, the above Writ Petition is dismissed, as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. There shall be no order as to costs.

In view of the dismissal of the above Writ Petition, nothing survives in the above Interim Application and the same is disposed of accordingly.
