On the background of the earlier order dated 15th December 2017, today Mr.Giri, Advocate, appears for the petitioner Mr.Santosh Madhukar Mane in both the petitions and states that the petitioner has engaged him and he would file vakalatnama during the course of the day. Mr.Giri, on the written instructions of his client vide letter dated 31st January 2018 a copy of which is placed on record, seeks leave to withdraw these petitions.
