The Applicant is 70 years old lady. She has been convicted for the offence punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code by KAWRE KIRAN KALYAN Date:

2023.01.05 18:21:56 +0530 KAWRE KIRAN KALYAN and therefore sentenced to suffer one year simple imprisonment and fine of Rs.10,000/-. She has paid the fine amount. She is in jail for three and half months. In view of the same, her further substantive sentence of imprisonment stands suspended pending this Revision Application. She be released forthwith on her executing P. R. bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. Bail before trial Court. 2.

Stand over to 25th January, 2023.
